THE MERCANTILE IS A 2-STORY MAIN STREET RETAIL BUILDING IN OSAGE, IOWA WITH A FULL BASEMENT, BUILT IN 1876.

THE OWNERS, DAVE AND HOLLIE ZAJICEK ALSO OWN THE MAPLETOWN MANOR, AN HISTORIC ITALIANTE-STYPE HOME TWO BLOCKS AWAY THAT SERVES AS AN EVENT VENUE AND IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR TOURS AND EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
